I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your diary. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either.

To have not woken up at the crack of dawn on Christmas. I taught my kids early on that I am NOT a morning person. So we opened gifts at the respectable time of 830.
To be a little weirded out that Hugh Hefner is engaged to his girlfriend. Isn’t he 100? Oh well, at least he’s more attractive than Larry King.
To love sipping Ginger Ale while flying. It helps calm my nerves a bit.
To have finally discovered Angry Birds. I had heard about it forever and decided, okay, the game is only .99 cents so why not? I’m not very good though.
To not really give a crap that Oprah Winfrey has her own network.
To think the show Brothers & Sisters is hilarious. Makes me wish I had siblings.
To have downloaded Oregon Trail on my iPod Touch. I’m a little surprised that I haven’t died of dysentery yet.
To be proud that I managed to get all my Christmas decorations down and put away.
To have been a little confused when they showed how to make a healthy Thanksgiving meal on The Biggest Loser last night. It’s Thanksgiving. It’s not MEANT to be healthy.
To be ready for the Valentine’s Day chocolates.

I try not to do mornings around here either. This Christmas I woke up before the boys did and woke them up to discover that they had gotten up at 4:30
to check out their loot before going back to bed.

Ha! I finally downloaded Angry Birds. I had heard about it for so long, but then I went into my local music store and there was Angry Birds merchandise EVERYWHERE. I still don't get the hype...but I am getting addicted. LOL
And in my case... it's ok to admit that you like the shows on Oprah's new network WAY more than you wanted you.
Whew! Glad I'm not the only one who could give a crap about Oprah and her Network.

We did Christmas morning at 9 so be jealous. Christmas eve is the only time we now use out gate at the top of the stairs on our 5 year old.She did try to trick her sleeping dad into letting her go down to watch a show though.
Hugh is dirty and old, but surprisingly I feel worse for him then her.
I love gingerale even when not flying.

I used to watch Oprah a lot but I'm glad to say not any more. I could care less about her network. I miss the shows that used to be on Discovery Health!

You might be my soul mate. These are all things that I think are "okay," too! My husband is a master at Angry Birds, but I tire quickly of games. Have you tried Cut the Rope? Now that one is fun.

xmas morning we didn't get out of bed til 10.30 when daughter 2 knocked on the door and spend the next hour trying to get her brother out of bed to swap pressies lol

Brothers and Sisters is one of my family "family" type shows along with Parenthood. And, um, is Hugh Hefner still alive???
I managed the first few levels of Angry Birds, then let my 5year old grandson bust thru the rest of the levels for me! And i STILL can't do amy of them. But at least all levels are unlocked so I have a choive of which level not to win!
