Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post.

---------------------

To have thought I was so cool wearing my Starter jacket in high school. I had the Dallas Cowboys one. Not because I liked the team, but because I liked the colors.

To be glad Justin Bieber wasn’t nominated for a grammy. His music is not grammy-worthy in my eyes. But to be honest, most of the songs that are nominated for a grammy aren’t my taste either.

To want to say, “They don’t need one,” when someone mentions getting a three-year-old an iPod Touch or a Kindle Fire. That seems a bit young. How about they, I don’t know, PLAY.

To rarely use abbreviations while online. I do the LOL thing. But a lot of people do DH (meaning dear husband) or HTH for hope that helps. I tend to write it all out. It’s easier for me.

To be buying the movie Ted today. My husband and I think Seth MacFarlane is hilarious so we’re assuming the movie will be too.

To wonder if we’ll get snow this year. As I recall, we didn’t get any last year. It has gotten really cold though. I wish I could wear hats without looking ridiculous.

To love watching Worlds Dumbest. The other night they had dumbest inventions. Something called the Snazzy Napper was there. This is basically how you wear it:

  5. I feel the same way about the iPods and Kindle Fires. My halfsisters have iPods and they're both under 10. Whenever I visit I try to get them outside to run around like a kid should.

  6. hahaha have you seen the ear wax vac.. seriously that commercial makes me cringe every time I see it.

Im in the parents that are annoying category this year since my hubby insisted on getting my five year old a cell phone. Like who's he going to call? Ugh not worth arguing with him about though.

  9. OMG that Snazzy Napper is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen! Never heard of one, so thanks for broading my world knowledge! I hope for snow this year too. A few days before Christmas would be nice (not on Christmas because hubby would have to plow!). And Ted was hilarious. I have a crush on Seth MacFarlane :)
