Hey, It's Okay Tuesday!

I got this idea from Glamour magazine. They have a section called Hey, It’s Okay and will list a bunch of things to be okay about. You're welcome to join in and do something like this on your blog. Doesn't have to be on a Tuesday either. Just make sure you link up and that the post you link up is a Hey, It's Okay Post.

---------

To have not watched the Super Bowl. My husband did switch it on but I just read a book. I did, however, catch the commercial with John Krasinski talking about esurance. I might have shouted, "JOHN!"

To really like the show The Following. It's so utterly creepy but so compelling.

To have finished The Husband's Secret by Liane Moriarty. It was really good. I recommend it.

To be ready for The Walking Dead to return on Sunday. Zombies!

To love that Allied Shirts is giving away a free custom shirt to support the troops!

To be ready for warmth. I've said this MANY times but the cold is too much. We had snow Sunday. We're getting snow today. And again Thursday. When it's not snowing, it's COLD. On the plus, since it snowed I gave Natalie her Elsa dress early. I took some pictures. You can see some on my Instagram. The rest will be posted here next week!

To have been in the January issue of Military Spouse. Here I am! Naturally I'd be talking about underwear.

I was not talking about a sexual act when I say going down, I promise. I have to purchase a copy of the magazine to see the full extent. My commissary never got the January issue :/ A friend sent this picture to me.

  5. I have just started watching The Walking Dead. Between that and Vampire Diaries it's no wonder I have nightmares!

I got bored of the Super Bowl after like 3 minutes lol

I love the picture of you and your family. Y'all are a great looking bunch!

  9. OMG The Following! I just wrote about that in my Humpday Confessions post I scheduled. I am obsessed. My bf wanted me to watch Season 1 so we could watch the current season together so I've been trying to fit it in...let's just say I spent the much better half of my night in a mini-marathon and was completely creeped out but fascinated.

  10. I didn't watch the Bowl either -- there was a Walking Dead marathon on AMC. From what I hear of the game, it sounds kinda like the same thing.

the Following!! Oh my gosh! last night. I knew it, knew it, knew it. I won't say it - in case you have not watched it...but I.Just.Knew.It!

I can't wait for next Sunday to see if I am equally good at predicting TWD.

also, I may need a reminder that these are TV shows. :)

  11. I always freak myself out watching The Following in my house alone. When I go to let the dogs out back I feel like they're out there. I'm insane, clearly.

hahaha re: clarification on your comment. But I totally agree.

  14. I didn't watch the Super Bowl either. Instead, me and the boyfriend finally went to the movie theater to see Frozen! Which was a much better experience than watching some sports game. :)

So I'm super excited to see your blog post of Natalie in her Elsa dress! I absolutely loved Elsa, though I think Anna was my favorite. :)

And I didn't watch the Superbowl. I kept running down for commercial breaks, but I was trying to blog for my Monday post and I couldn't really run down every freakin five minute. I mean..it should be called the Commercial Bowl.

  18. So awesome that you were featured in Military Spouse!

And I stopped watching Walking Dead after a character I liked was killed off but everyone is so obsessed that I wonder if I should catch back up. I missed a few seasons though. I loved it at the beginning.

  19. My family tends to talk about bathroom habits a lot. I can't go to my grandmas (or even my mom's) without them asking if I've had a BM.
